A midtown residence on Yonge where the stone runs from the front door to the last suite — lobby, amenity floors, and suite kitchens and baths, all fabricated and installed under one roof.
each cut to read as one continuous block. The Winslow sits at Yonge and Glengrove, and the scope covered the whole building: lobby and reception surfaces, amenity and party-room counters, corridor and washroom finishes, plus the kitchens, islands, and vanities inside the suites.
At this volume the challenge is consistency. Slabs were reserved by the block and sequenced so every suite of the same type reads identically — same tone, same movement, same edge profile — while the feature areas got the dramatic, book-matched material that gives the common spaces their character.
Everything was templated on site, cut on our five-axis CNC, hand-finished in the shop, then delivered floor by floor to match the construction schedule. One team from selection through final polish.
One building. Every surface.
Held to one standard.
